Our service includes a comprehensive account of your desired property`s structure, roofing, walls and flooring and an all over inspection providing any visible faults (with photos) with related commentary and recommendations. We provide 24 hr verbal report by telephone so you can act fast and determine if the property is right for you.

Following any pre-purchase inspection, Roscon will guarantee a 10% discount on any of Roscon`s property maintenance or building services for the next stage of your property ownership. For any subsequent renovation, extension or just and update of your property, Roscon will pass on our 10% promised discount to you for any future works performed within 12 months of our Inspection report. For any off-the-plan purchases or owner builders, our services extend to include inspecting the buildings progress and ensuring all council conditions are satisfied. We are also able to assist with the following:
- Preparation of contracts between body corporate and contractor detailing warranties.
- Inspection and liaison with the contractor to confirm the extent of work and the standard required.
- Assessment and reporting of variations
- Random inspection of work to confirm adherence with scopes.
